How to get the most from your Auction Sales

This post will be an attempt to keep up to date info on prices for items commonly found on Auction House Board, and prices with which to quickly sell said items. Anyone willing to help keep this post uptodate would be appreciated.
(Most of the selling prices are based off of what I have done)

Etain - 5mil a piece
Stamina Rems - 1.5-2.5 mil a piece
Mana Rems - 2-2.5 mil a piece
Health Rems - 3-3.5mil a piece
Sprint nos - 22.5-27.5 mil a piece
Weapon Lapisia - 95-100mil a piece
Armor Lapisia - 95-125mil a piece

Again THIS IS A TENTATIVE POST! these prices change day to day, the list above is a general estimation of good prices to sell the items at. Everybody has there own way of selling items so please keep this in mind. I guarantee nothing about the actual sellability of these items. Please make or request changes at any time.
